Please join us from 7-11pm at 393 Broadway for Sugarlift Open Studios Launch Party. Sugarlift Open Studios is a pop-up gallery event during Frieze weekend in New York that features works fresh from the studio by 23 NYC-based artists. Hosted by Sugarlift and artist host committee members, Marcelo Daldoce, Lizzie Gill, Guno Park, and Nicolas V. Sanchez, who will all be in attendance and available for one-on-one conversations about their work.

Each artist will display both completed works as well as works-in-progress. In addition to providing the chance to interact with the artists, the launch party will create a lively atmosphere in which to enjoy the artwork, live music, and free-flowing beer from Braven Brewing Company.
Sugarlift’s President and Founder Wright Harvey comments, “In today’s digital age, oftentimes the human connection behind art can be lost. Sugarlift Open Studios will provide a great way to take a look inside the artist’s process and discuss their work with them. The aim is to try and rebuild that relationship between the viewer, the art, and the artist.”
Sugarlift Open Studios features works by artist host committee members, Marcelo Daldoce, Lizzie Gill, Guno Park, and Nicolas V. Sanchez. Also featuring new works by Fanny Allie, Vicky Barranguet, Evan Bellantone, Dina Brodsky, Gentleman's Game, Thomas Hammer, Nic Holiber, Erik Hougen, London Kaye, Jon Legere, Danica Lundy, Adam Lupton, Caitlin Masley, Esteban Ocampo-Giraldo, Elliot Purse, Helen Robinson, Rubin415, Hiba Schahbaz, and Amanda Scuglia.
