450 Washington is one of New York's foremost condominium buildings. With unique waterfront access and spectacular city views, Sugarlift and design partner MAWD worked to curate an artwork program which was inspired by the effervescence of its Tribeca neighborhood.
Atria - Coterie Hudson Yards
Coterie, a new, luxury senior living concept by Atria, features an elegant collection of artwork reflecting the vibrancy of New York City’s Hudson Yards neighborhood. “We wanted artists who tell stories,” said Director Hannah Foster. “New York City is an art capital, so the caliber needed to be equal to the setting. We knew these artists would give great attention and care to this project and help put together our vision for the unique spaces.
Factioned - 7Seventy House
Industry City-based design firm Factioned tapped Sugarlift to curate artwork for 7Seventy House. A unique blend of comfort and contemporary beauty characterize this luxury rental development in Hoboken, NJ. The building’s artwork program features Robert von Bangert’s largest painting commission to-date for the double height lobby; lyrical ink paintings by Thomas Hammer for the courtyard entry areas; a geometric mural by Tony Sjoman in the fitness center; and more.
