Alexander Jowett

Falling Moon is an abstract line drawing that follows from Immanuel Kant's philosophy on ways of seeing and draws upon zen Buddhist philosophies. The artist draws out each line in a slow meditative pace, whilst kneeling down. In meditating on his lines he hopes the viewer will come to feel a similar contemplative calmness as felt when one sits and watches the horizon.
