Vicky Barranguet
New York City, NY, USA
Biography
Vicky Barranguet was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and moved to New York in 1997, where she studied with master painters at The Art Students League in Manhattan. This experience propelled her to find a voice of her own and a colorful expression about life, emotions, and music. Her spontaneous and daring works led to the creation of an open-minded approach, where she combines painting with other art forms. Barranguet's work has been the subject of solo and group exhibitions in New York and can be found in private collections throughout Europe, Asia, North, Central, and South America.
