  • Sales Director

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team in New York. Responsibilities for this position include managing the sales pipeline across individual, interior design and commercial opportunities, as well as developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals. The candidate will also be responsible for interacting with contemporary artists in order to successfully close sales opportunities.

  • Trade Program Manager

We are looking for a Trade Program Manager to join our team in New York. Responsibilities for this position include builded trusted relationships with key interior designers, architects and art advisors. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in sales and should be able to demonstrate a strong network of design contacts.

  • Gallery Associate

On a day-to-day basis, the role entails being a friendly, professional liaison to our artist and collector community, welcoming visitors to and helping set up our in-person exhibitions and events. Duties also include answering and prioritizing collector and artist inquiries; coordinating high-touch logistics for artwork shipping, framing and installation; managing inventory, creating marketing and gallery materials for exhibitions; assisting with social media promotion and digital campaigns; editing and updating web copy; data entry; blog writing; ordering materials; supporting sales deals and the team’s special projects; occasionally lifting and moving items up to 40lbs.

  • Summer intern

Sugarlift is looking for a summer intern who is interested in learning and working in all aspects of a fast-paced startup, comfortable with wearing many hats and contributing their own creative ideas on how to achieve our mission of bringing original artwork by real artists to a broader audience. On a day-to-day basis, the internship will include: being a professional and friendly liaison to our artist and collector community at our space in Chelsea; assisting the gallery manager with duties related to: exhibition preparation and installation, marketing, data entry and organization and other gallery-related tasks; logistical support that includes coordinating and executing deliveries, packing and shipping and managing our storage inventory.
