Inspired by classic architecture and boasting incredible and unobstructed views of Manhattan and the park, these residences are the pinnacle of New York City living. Sugarlift was brought in by SJP Properties to curate an art program both timeless and dynamic. A splash of color in the Celia Lees painting upon entry to the building welcomes residences with a sense of exuberance, while an intricate work on paper by Matt Shlian in the private dining room allows for a moment of rest. Kenny Nguyen's high relief pieces in the amenity spaces foster dialogue with the 10-foot long painting on wood panel by Janna Watson. The balance between energetic and bold with subtle and contemplative renders this collection a standout.
