The place

450 Washington is a waterfront residence along the Hudson River in Tribeca.

Interiors bring warmth and functionality to communal and private spaces, including a golf simulator, co-working areas, and an expansive rooftop deck.

The approach

Sugarlift commissioned works through local galleries and placed them throughout the building, drawing on Tribeca’s cultural heritage and present-day character.
