Figurative Landscape No 2, Diptych - is part of a series of works inspired by the beauty of the body in movement; dance, love, and the space between. A sensuous depiction of the female body from within, and in motion, portraying the beauty and strength of a woman. I usually begin a piece by drawing, placing the canvas on the studio floor which adds to the intimate quality of the piece, then finishing the piece on the easel.
