"Anticipation" is an oil painting that was commissioned for a Fine Art Gallery's Holiday card. My painting pictures antique glass Christmas ornaments that my family displayed on our Christmas tree every year. These ornaments were from my mother's family, who had brought them over from Ukraine back during World War 2, when she and her family had escaped Russian persecution.
